All move in/move out services that we offer automatically include:

● All blinds dusted
● Visible cobweb removal

● Dust all ceiling fans

● All floors vacuumed & mopped ● Empty all trash cans

● Interior windows cleaned
● Clean & sanitize baseboards

-Move out expectations:

● House must be empty
● Trash removal fee: $50 (anything over 3 bags with be $20 per load)
● If the tenant doesn’t notify the cleaner of the trash left in the home, there will be a fee of $20 per load

●  Tenant does not have to be present for the move in/move out cleaning. Please leave entry instructions so the cleaner can access the home and complete the service.

●  We also provide photos of the home at the end of the service, to the tenant, upon request.
