    Absolutely. We have everything needed to get the job done for you.
  • Are you insured and bonded?
    Yes, all of your belongings are in safe hands. Once we enter your home or business, everything becomes insured.
  • What should I do before the cleaner arrives?
    To ensure maximum efficiency, please put away all personal belongings before the cleaner arrives. We also ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before the cleaner arrives.
  • Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?
    No, we just ask that you leave instructions for the cleaner to enter the home: lockbox info, hidden key, etc
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule a service?
    We absolutely understand that that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, we recommended that you reach out 72hrs before your cleaning. We will do our best to accommodate. There will be small pricing deducted for the cancelation.
  • Will I receive a reminder for my house cleaning?
    Absolutely, we can send an email, text or phone call, whichever you prefer.
  • How do I pay?
    We accept cash, check, credit card & debit card payments. There is a link on the website for your payment and we will draft the payment when the cleaner arrives on the property

    Our cleaners make sure to consider the community’s need for clean homes and balanced lives. That’s why we use microfiber instead of paper, refill bottles, and protect both our professional housecleaners and customers from unnecessary exposure to toxic chemicals.
